Domenico Coppola Gigli

Turin, Italy

Domenico Coppola Gigli, an artist and art teacher, studied art in Turin. In 1985, still a young artist, he was added to the Archive of new artists of the visual Arts Documentation Centre edited by the Academia Albertina and the University of Turin.

The main subject of his latest works is landscape, portrayed through different expressive means and painting styles. Gigli pursues “Fine Painting”, based on colour mix, light impression and rendering, which at times lingers in details and other times, is quick and decided.
